We have a small group of volunteers making masks for our parish and local outreach agencies.  If you would like to request masks for your family, please complete the form below, indicating the mask size and quantity.    Please limit your request to one mask per family member.  We will do our best to fulfill your request and will notify you via email when your request is ready to be picked up at the parish office.  Timing is dependent on number of masks received from our volunteers.  Thank you.
