COST: $60.00/6 ft table included
(Please note, at this time, we are at capacity for available spaces. You can send in an application without payment to be put on a waiting list in case other vendors have to cancel.)
The Fund Raising Committee of St. Joseph the Worker Parish, in Nashua, NH is sponsoring their 44th Holiday Fair located at 777 West Hollis St., Nashua, NH 03062.
This event attracts people from both the immediate and surrounding communities. We feature various crafters like YOU, a Bake Sale, Rafflemania, Theme Baskets, Calendar Raffle and Book Room.

We expect that you will cover your table appropriately with a table covering.

We ask for a picture view or details of your table.

Electrical outlets are limited and also assigned on a first come, first serve basis.

Checks are recorded in the order that they are received.

Please watch for your confirmation letter, if not received within 2 weeks please call us.

No refunds will be given after November 1st.
PLEASE NOTE: Because of high demand for spaces, we absolutely must limit your set ups to two (2) tables. We do not guarantee the same spaces in the hall from year to year. Therefore, in fairness to all vendors, places will be determined by lot drawing! We reserve the right to make last minute changes.
SPACE ALLOWED: 6 FT. TABLE (St. Joseph to furnish).
SETUPS:

The Fair runs from 8:00AM to 2:00PM - Saturday, November 22, 2025.

The hall will be open Friday evening, November 21 5:00PM-8:00PM for you to set up.

On Saturday, the day of the Fair, the hall opens at 6:30AM.

If you will be setting up on Saturday morning, you must be ready by 7:30AM or you could lose your space. We do not want to have open spaces in the hall.

It is also required that all crafters stay until the fair closes at 2:00PM.
We ask that no food be sold at your individual tables and no raffles please. Our Holiday Fair is one of St. Joseph’s largest fund raisers. We also raise funds through our Bake Sale, Theme Baskets, Rafflemania area, Book Room, Calendar Raffle and kitchen.
