Hello Dear Parish Family,
We hope you’ve had an enjoyable summer so far and that you’ve been able to find some time to relax and have fun! It’s been wonderful welcoming so many of you back to the celebration of Mass in person these past few months. We have two important announcements to share with you.
We’re pleased to announce that the 8:00am Sunday Mass will be back beginning on September 12th barring any changes to our state or diocesan regulations regarding COVID-19.
Beginning this weekend, August 21st/22nd, we will temporarily only livestream the Saturday, 4pm Mass. The recording of this Mass will continue to be available on the home page of our parish website and on our YouTube channel. We will resume livestreaming the Sunday, 10am Mass sometime this fall (most probably in October) after the installation of a new livestream system. More details about this new system will be announced in the near future. Thank you for your patience during this time of transition!
We pray that the remainder of your summer is full of blessings (maybe some trips to the beach or lake and definitely some ice cream)! We continue to be grateful to all of you for your prayers and support. We leave you with Giving Thanks for Summer as our season of summer winds down.
Father, Creator of all, thank You for summer!
Thank you for the warmth of the sun
and the increased daylight.
Thank You for the beauty I see all around me
and for the opportunity to be outside and enjoy Your creation.
Thank You for the increased time I have to be with my friends and family,
and for the more casual pace of the summer season.
Draw me closer to You this summer.
Teach me how I can pray
no matter where I am or what I am doing.
Warm my soul with the awareness of Your presence
and light my path with Your Word and Counsel.
As I enjoy Your creation, create in me
a pure heart and a hunger and a thirst for You.
