Our savior is with us always. What a gift the Father has given us in Christ!

What we do defines who we are. The things we do for Christ is what identifies us as Christians.

We are called to live in today’s world in view of God’s tomorrow. Anywhere we see harm or ruin we must change that as best we can.

The risen Lord wants to be with you today. Advent is a great time to prepare the way.

We call him Lord and King because he poured himself out for us and won our hearts and souls through love.

God is a God of surprises. Why would we think that the “end” wouldn’t be the greatest surprise of all?!

Even though happiness in this world is limited, someday it will not be limited at all.

God only makes good things. Each and every one of us has that God goodness in them.

It takes as much faith to live for Christ every day as it does to die for Him once.

When the Son of Man comes, will He find faith on earth?

The first movement of the heart of a disciple is gratitude.

Just do it. Just do what you are supposed to do as a disciple, out of love for the Lord.

Are we blind to mercy, compassion and the suffering of others? As followers of Christ we are called to use our God given gifts to build up the Kingdom of God with compassionate love. (Deacon Doug)

We spend a lot of time and creative energy on advancing our own interests. Why aren't we just as clever, concerned and energized when it comes to advancing the Kingdom of God.

God does not deal with sinners the way they deserve but in the way they need. God deals with us not based on justice, he deals with us based on mercy.

To love in thought and word is to be a believer, but to be a disciple we must love in deed and truth.

Can pride be good?...only when we give all the glory to God and acknowledge Him as the giver of all good gifts.

When we "enter through the narrow gate" we are first in the kingdom of heaven - regardless of what the world may think of us.

As disciples we must live out our love for God even when other people reject it or misunderstand it.

God's Kingdom is one of holiness, truth, justice, love and peace. Are we creating ourselves to be people of the Kingdom?
