Richard Yedinak

Richard was born in Michigan in 1926. He married his late wife, Theresa on September 11, 1948. They moved to Nashua in 1982 and became members of our parish. Richard has been a member for 29 years. His wife, Theresa, passed away in December 1999. They had five children, 3 boys and 2 girls, 15 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Richard worked for Cooper Industries for 41 years.

Over his years in the parish, Richard has grown God's gifts in the following way within our parish and in the wider community.

  • Religious Education Teacher

  • Original volunteer for St. Joseph Food Pantry: Weekly food pick up and delivery to elderly housing complexes

  • Adult Mass Server: Sundays and Weekdays

  • Funeral Mass Server

  • Tithing Committee Member

  • Eucharistic Minister

  • Corpus Christi Food Pantry Volunteer

  • Nashua Soup Kitchen Volunteer

  • Bereavement Committee - Hall set up

  • Transports those in need to doctors, shopping etc.

  • Usher

Our parish gratefully recognizes all that Richard has done and continues to do to build up God's Kingdom among us and asks God's blessings upon him.
